Job Profile
- Manage daily operations of Online Banking, Debit Cards, IPG, and e-Wallet platforms, ensuring seamless functionality, adherence to SLAs, and a high-quality customer experience.
- Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports to CBSL, Visa, Mastercard, and LankaPay in compliance with regulatory and network reporting requirements.
- Generate and analyze MIS reports to monitor key performance indicators, identify anomalies, and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT to define requirements, improve system-generated reports, and ensure high availability and reliability of digital platforms.
- Process chargebacks, reversals, and other dispute-related transactions within compliance timelines, while resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Manage daily and periodic reconciliation and settlement with payment networks and local switches, ensuring accurate and timely financial processing.
Candidate Profile
- Ideal Candidate should be between 25-35 years.
- An academic record including successful completion of GCE A/L.
- Sound knowledge in Banking & Fin-Tech applications.
- Prior experience in CEFTS / Mobile Payments / Cards would be an added advantage.
- Possess Strong analytical and interpersonal skills in managing projects.
- A dynamic and result-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
