Job Profile

  • Manage daily operations of Online Banking, Debit Cards, IPG, and e-Wallet platforms, ensuring seamless functionality, adherence to SLAs, and a high-quality customer experience.
  • Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports to CBSL, Visa, Mastercard, and LankaPay in compliance with regulatory and network reporting requirements.
  • Generate and analyze MIS reports to monitor key performance indicators, identify anomalies, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT to define requirements, improve system-generated reports, and ensure high availability and reliability of digital platforms.
  • Process chargebacks, reversals, and other dispute-related transactions within compliance timelines, while resolving customer queries efficiently.
  • Manage daily and periodic reconciliation and settlement with payment networks and local switches, ensuring accurate and timely financial processing.


Candidate Profile

  • Ideal Candidate should be between 25-35 years.
  • An academic record including successful completion of GCE A/L.
  • Sound knowledge in Banking & Fin-Tech applications.
  • Prior experience in CEFTS / Mobile Payments / Cards would be an added advantage.
  • Possess Strong analytical and interpersonal skills in managing projects.
  • A dynamic and result-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
