Customer Relationship Officer – Digital Products

Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC, a subsidiary of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC, incorporated on 19th April 2004, is licensed by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011. We invite applications for the above position at Head Office.

Job Profile

• Perform outbound video verification for English-speaking customers during the onboarding process.
• Engage with customers to provide detailed information about the features and benefits of digital products.
• Generate interest and facilitate customer onboarding to digital platforms.
• Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and compliance standards.
• Achieve daily/monthly KPIs for verification volumes and service quality.
• Provide instant support to newly registered customers.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and manage escalations.
• Conduct outbound promotional calls to drive customer acquisition.
• Maintain accurate system records and documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Successfully completed GCE Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of digital payments and wallet systems.
• Proven ability to professionally and efficiently manage and engage with a diverse range of customer profiles.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage.
