We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and result-oriented HR professional to join our Human Resources team as Assistant Manager – Human Resources. This role is responsible for leading key HR functions, including Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Branch Learning & Development, while partnering with business leaders to drive a high-performance culture across the organization.

Job Profile

• Lead the company's end-to-end disciplinary management process, conducting thorough investigations, identifying root causes, and ensuring compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and company policies.
• Manage the organization's Performance Management Framework, including goal setting, performance reviews, appraisal cycles, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with business leaders to drive a high-performance culture through effective performance monitoring, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify learning and competency gaps across the branch network and coordinate effective training and development programmes to enhance employee capability.
• Maintain accurate HR records, prepare analytical reports, and provide professional guidance to management on employee relations, performance, and people development matters.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' HR experience, with strong exposure to disciplinary management, performance management, and learning & development.
• Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour legislation and hands-on experience in conducting investigations and managing disciplinary inquiries.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
